'APARTMENT C' LINGERIE STORE SELECTS FUTURA

London's newest prestigious lingerie and concept store, Apartment C, has selected Futura to provide a scalable, cost effective, retail management system.

As a start up company focussed on building brand recognition and gaining clear management information, Futura's versatility in helping managers to look at sales from any angle was important.  Visibility of sales over defined periods by product, price range, size, colour and customer type is a crucial factor for Apartment C and will help them to fine tune product ranges and sizes to their customer profile.

The Marylebone High Street store required a system that made it possible to input the wide range of lingerie sizes and colours, and in turn provide an instant picture of stock availability. The ability to capture accurate customer information, for targeted promotions and mailings, was also a top priority.

Apartment C, which opened earlier this year, plans to expand with an online offering before further high street expansion. Futura's John James explained: "The solution is ideally suited to new retail operations and fashion houses like Apartment C, providing both ease of use, flexibility, clear management information to support informed decision making and the ability to expand easily to support multiple stores and web trading."
